Our Process

Resortia Rentals By Owner allows visitors to find great privately owned homes for their vacation. Visitors get detailed descriptions of privately owned homes and condos whose owners elect to allow guests to stay in their homes when they're not staying there themselves. And Resortia's local Managing Partners visits the the homes and verify that the homes are in fact owned by the owners and are represented accurately. Unlike homes advertised on national web sites, we certify our homes for accuracy in representation.

Guests rent directly from the owners - with the owners serving as the "host". We've found that both guests and owners end up with a better experience because of the personal connection. Guests of privately owned homes tend to take better care of the property. And owners feel better about the experience because they have the opportunity to speak to the guest prior to their arrival and to make sure that the guests' needs are met.
